THE TWINS ARE HERE!!!

Nathan
Clark

Clark and Nathan Duncan arrived this morning by way of C-section at 9:45 am (Clark..6 lb 2 oz) and 9:46 (Nathan..5 lb, 13 oz). I arrived at the American Fork Hospital between 3:30-4pm and found my sister nauseous, and having a vomitting moment, yes it brought back memories, c-sections are not always easy to heal from and they had to give her some different medication to help with the nausea, that seem to help and knocked her our, she was in a state of sleep as we oogled over the babies in the nursery. They are adorable little Duncan's. Daddy, Chad, was proudly holding Nathan as we peered in the window, then I ran back to get my camera, so I did get a few shots...CONGRATULATIONS BEV AND CHAD! I hope Bev feels better SOON!

Christmas Eve at the Kern's

This was our first Christmas Eve spent in our new basement, we sure had a fun time with Mom and Dad and the Duncan's and WE LOVE OUR BASEMENT! The Duncan kids and Kern kids in their new Christmas Pajamas!

Camilla's new PJ's

Ashlyn, Jeremy and Emiley in their new PJ's (Sorry the images are blurred, not sure why?)

Dad and a BIG CONTAINER OF CASHEWS

Mom receiving her BIG CAN OF ALMOND ROCA! Neal listening intently to grandpa and grabbing for his nose!

See Bev back on the chair, two nights before the birth of the twins, she made it, moving slowly, but she made it and lookin' very good!

Spencer performing Jingle Bells on the saxophone to a captive audience, way to go Spencer!

Mom and Dad Sanders and Neal having a nice nap on grandma's lap

The Nativity Play

Mary and Joseph and the baby Jesus have never been quite this hilarious before...these are after shots, the reals play was a bit more controlled and serious..just a bit!
Nativity Play with the cast of Characters and yes they are true characters! Look at their expressions! We sure enjoyed them as Eric narrated and we all sang the carols the best we could.

The Nativity Play, Ashlyn (sheep), Camilla (Mary), Jeremy (Joseph), Emiley (Angel), Taylor and Spencer (Shepherds, wisemen) Notice that Mary and Joseph are having a bit of a tug-o-war over the baby Jesus!

MERRY CHRISTMAS

I have not yet gotten out my Christmas cards, but I have been working on them...so they will come, I promise, but I do want to say Merry Christmas to everyone and I hope that this is a wonderful Holiday for all of you. We have lots of snow! The presents are wrapped and we hope to celebrate Christmas Eve with Bev and family, and my parents tomorrow evening. The kids are excited for Santa. We are also trying to help them think of Jesus Christ and that we give because He has given us everything. I'll post some more pictures soon. We have some good ones of the snow and other experiences, but now I'm off to bed! May your Christmas wishes come true!

A bit of warmth on a COLD/WINDY day

This picture was sent to me on my email today and it made me smile and feel all warm inside. Yes, for like 28 years this man has been able to make me happy, when I see his picture, when I listen to his music and especially when I see him in concert. It's a cold, windy morning here in Payson, but it's all warm and snug in my little space.

Spencer and Camilla slept in the basement last night. They watched movies and just fell asleep. Eric and I were able to go out to dinner and do a bit of stocking stuffer shopping. We drove around and looked at some Christmas lights. It was a great Friday night.

Lisa and I were trying to get tickets to see the musical WICKED which is coming to SLC in April, but I never got through and I haven't heard from Lisa. Eric said the tickets were sold out by noon. One of his friends went and stood out in the cold at 3am and didn't get up to the box office until 1pm just to find out all the tickets were gone. WHAT A BUMMER!

Okay, off to fold clothes I go with a REAL HAPPY FEELING IN MY SOUL!
